As I included a POV of a guy who came following me from near the Ballas HQ gas station, he entered the HQ and killed me there and also saying provoking words. So I made forum for a rulebreak of 1.4 by the id 713. He was not a gang or Leo member, just a random stranger who killed me in the prohibited area. But admin Aceme a 1.6 rulebreak warning when I didn't even do that. I was driving back from city as normal to my HQ. And it's breaking my heart for getting punishment even doing nothing in the server.
