Rejected Pov Request I 112952

In this forum i was punished for GR 1.15 Where it was made out that i did not engage in RP before killing someone in city , The person in suspect ID-112952 engaged in a gunfight against me in ghetto and while in that gunfight decided to run through black market into city while being shot . He cropped his POV to make it out that i had just killed him without any reason .
I am requesting that ID 112952 Provides POV 1 minute before his other Pov started In the Forum I Approved - DM | ID 2789
as i have recieved a punishment for him Cropping his Pov while commiting Fail RP , Fear RP
