Rejected Wrong Decision I Iso Marine

I got a punishment of a demorgan and warning for GR 6.15 for not engaging in RP before killing someone in the city, however, the person in question ran out of ghetto after engaging in a gunfight against me where we both shot at each other and i continued the RP by killing him as intended, I do not see why i am the one getting the punishment when you can see in the POV provided by the person a gunshot being shot at him. I am also requesting this person's POV 1 minute before the start of the clip he provided to show that he took damage by me and then proceeded to run into city.

Rejected. Administrator is the one who requests pov not players when he reviews report. You claim that you shot him in a redzone before but your id is not visible only bullet is there and we do not request povs based on that+ no any other evidence provided from your side.
