He is running whilst dragging me. In a RP situation this is unfair because by the time they put me in car they would be dead. IRL cops don't ask you to step out of the car for speeding first they ask for license and registration at the window and I have alot of illegal items I can't risk being searched.
You see robocop running while dragging me near the end of the video.
