2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(1). I want to be the leader of SAHP because I have found a second home within SAHP, seen many people come and go, ever since ive started in the city about a year ago and want to be the one who takes SAHP to the next level and improve upon it. with over 30 years of experience in the city and most of it coming from SAHP I think I would be great fit for a leader.
(2). For the past year I have been in SAHP for more times than I can count, and I believe I am ready to step and take the responsibility on of being the next leader for SAHP. I have been HOD for SAHP many times before and have done will with holding those positions when I had them. I have also in general just been in SAHP for a long time, especially the last 2 terms, and know the proper procedures, jurisdiction, and responsibilities the org takes on.
(3). Another reason is my plans and vision for SAHP as a whole, I want to be able to take leadership and responsibility within this org more than I ever have, and be the one leader for SAHP to remember as a good, smart, and compassionate leader. This way we have officers who are willing to work for the betterment of San Andreas.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The way I am going to improve the RP experience within this organization is by making sure everything is on top of and dealt with, having wasted no time, quick responses, clear communication, and above all else, pristine professionalism. I have seen in the past where unprofessionalism has caused orgs to clash with each other, and we do not need that happening and having conflict with other orgs. I also want to make sure each and every unit is trained to the highest standard acceptable, proper knowledge of what and what not to do in certain situations, and correct where there is any fault.
