Hello Mazhor,
I received a warning today in accordance with Rule 6.24. This rule states that it is prohibited to rob or kidnap individuals who have entry-level jobs (such as bus drivers, taxi drivers, electricians, etc.). Although this rule is not mentioned in the official rulebook and I was unaware that killing the person was not allowed, it appears to be an internal rule that I was not familiar with and which you, Mazhor, apparently revoked.
However, I would like to explain my situation: A person drove into their HQ or was involved in a collision. I addressed the person and asked what they were doing in the HQ, and requested that they leave. In doing so, I referred to Ghetto Rule 1.10, which states that gang members are allowed to kill anyone in the HQ if certain demands are not met. Consequently, I killed the person in the HQ because they were there without an IC reason. This action was based on the internal rule, which is not listed in the official rulebook.
According to Ghetto Rule 1.3, entering an HQ without an IC reason (e.g., raid, conversation with the Co/Leader) is prohibited for all organizations. However, the admin informed me that I am not allowed to kill entry-level job members, even if they are in the HQ. I pointed out that this is not stated in the rulebook and that it is an internal rule that you, Mazhor, had revoked. I wondered if someone with an entry-level job is still allowed to drive into the HQ or exhibit problematic behavior.
I genuinely hope that my warning can be removed due to these circumstances.
Sincerely, Emre
