In this POV end of it, you can see the observatory notification which appears at EVERY xx.10. The mans time that reported on forum is not right. So basically on the guy who reported for killing "10 minutes before event" his time gets 14.10 twice.

If you check this POV; his time shows 14:10, but when he opened administration chat time is clearly 14:09. Admin gave punishment 6 people for E.R 1.2, but how he didn`t check time.
