I was in Black Market which is unscripted green zone and this person walks up to me and whistles to see if I'm AFK or not then tries to put a bag over my head without saying a word or any type of RP. Happens in video at 0:28 seconds.

Green zone 1.2: It is forbidden to buy weapons, drugs. Also to kidnap, rob people and put bags on players head. / Warn

Fail RP: Not telling me they are about to put a bag over my head which would limit all of my vision and movement. Just does it without saying a word.
