So I posted this form Rejected - OOC insult | 146954
About that guy that you can see in the video calling me an idiot in ooc chat which is breaking rule number 3.1 and the guy should be punished for what he said, but the admin that took the report says that it’s not an ooc insult and that I have insulted him, I have said some stuff but I said it IC and without breaking an rules so idk why he had a problem with me saying anything.
The reason I reported that guy was because he was being annoying at Capitol and playing that monkey sound pad so I told him to (stfu) but he said it back so as anyone irl would I argued back and he started saying shit in ooc chat and then he started provoking saying that I can’t doin anything even if I put him on gov like if he got some connection or something and flexing saying that I can’t do anything about him calling me names and stuff in ooc chat then in a part where it’s not shown in the pov he called me a pervert guy too so I’ll upload that too.
P.S I don’t know the admin and don’t have any problems with him maybe he didn’t see the insult or just missed I’m just appealing the report so that that guy can be served.

no insults here, I was just there to entertain people by wearing a monkey mask and you started insulting me even though I didn't say anything bad to you. Stop lying, you started insulting me out of nowhere, that means you provoked me, so I said I'd upload you to the forum. stop making this nonsense in your head and relax a bit, man.
