Approved CR, Obstructing in duty | 99903 , 94096

I am on duty . I was going to put fine on abandoned vehicle . And 99903 came can told me not to fine on that vehicle but I keep doing my duty. And he VDM me .
after that another car came which was driven by 94096 and he also VDM me . I think both are friends.
