Watch the clip and you will see ID: 116530 cuffing me with a taser out and verbally abusing me during the process of taking me to isolation without any warnings.

I am the person he is reporting in the clip and even though his clip is private, I will admit that I did handcuff him and taze him. I did not know this was a rule and that is not an excuse. I will accept full responsibility for punishment. But insulting you IC is not breaking rules, you were being a general nuisance on the server including assaulting me twice so I had rp reason to insult you.
