Hello Adham/Magnes/Bobby,
I wanted to make an appeal for the demorgan I got for Ghetto rule 1.7 for not wearing gang clothes during hostage situtation. Unfortunately my POV for that point of time was corrupted so I am providing the POV of one my fellow mate as a proof of my clarifications, so please take a look into it.
First of all I had been afk since like 30 mins and I didnt knew what was going in the gang. As soon as I came back on my pc I just saw a MP near me so I just made my way up to the meeting point on bloods parking on foot. I didnt knew that we had a hostage till that time. I entered the roof in my pink clothes as seen in POV, went to them to talk about what was happening but due to some issues my voice box was not working properly which could clearly be seen in the POV ( I had being trying to speak but my voice wasnt coming). And as I was solving that issue I got a demorgan for Ghetto rule 1.7 by Oghi.
I am Deputy of the Families gang and am aware of the rule that in any situation we need to wear gang clothes. But all this happened in such a haste that I didnt had time to change clothes. Oghi didnt informed me to wear clothes nor he gave me time understand all the ongoing situation.
As you can see that I entered the roof at 13:43 and got demorgan in just 1 min at 13:44. I neither had time to engage in or understand the situation nor change clothes because I was fixing my voice box during the 1 min time I was there.
POV -
I also tried talking to Oghi to explain all the situation to him. I called him to talk face to face but he directly refused and told me to explain it on tickets. So I tried explaining everything on ticket and put around 4 tickets. And at last I just asked him that whether it could be done without going to forums and all, he gave me a Report mute for 60 mins straight for flooding.
Tbh I dont like bringing all the stuff to forums but here the Admins could be more gentle, they should have informed me or given me sometime or least could have talked to me 1-o-1. I am just bringing this to forums so that my org dont gets a verbal for this incident and I dont get even more punishment history.
Please just look into this situation and make fair decision.
