2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- In September 2022, I joined EMS for the first time and I had Nick Grande, Jon Luca, Jack Slater and Timmy Turner as leaders. There were also deputy chiefs like Randy Don and Teddy Infinity from whom you had something to learn. I don't know if it was meant to be, but for me they were the best leaders in this organization just for the simple fact that they made the members behave as a team. I would like to continue what they started and come up with some changes that affirm the fact that I also have two, three qualities as a leader. I left the organization in February 2023 and since then I joined the organization again to see how things were going but everything was different and not to my liking (this does not mean that the leaders were not doing their job, just that the atmosphere was different). Before I go to point two without ending here, this organization makes me play on this server. I don't enjoy playing as an officer or a member of a gang because I wouldn't be as good as others for these positions offered by the community. But as long as I was a member of EMS I really felt very good.

- The reason why I resigned from EMS in February was because I was dean of staff and at one point I gave the wrong punishments for the weekly activity of the members, and at that moment I said that I was probably not the best option for that position. The problem was that I was not trained properly, and the truth is that I was not prepared at all. As a leader I would instruct (after I feel ready, because I have a lot to learn) each member with high command how and what to do and most importantly I would emphasize the communication between the EMS staff and the members of the organization.

- I'm probably not the best option for this position, but I'll try my luck. As long as I have free time IRL, I like to dedicate my time to this game and leave my mark on where I did well. As I said above, I play on this server only because this organization helps me to like it. I'm not very well known in the city and that means that I wouldn't have members based on friendship. I would hire those whom I consider the best to help me with the organization.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- At the moment, those who are medical professors have a model that they must follow completely. I don't see how you can see the difference between two professors, which one is better, if they both follow the same model. If they are well trained, I would change this model and let the professors teach their students as they please. They must explain to the students what and how without a model in front of them. I would remove some mandatory mentions from the present and write them in a regulation for students on discord, and this would make the training shorter and more to the point.

If the teachers would teach in their own way, I would see a very precise way to raise the RP level.


- There are always many students who have not finished their training. I would change the way they can go from day one of training to day two in a more efficient way. The student does not learn anything if he does "training day one" at night in SH, and in the morning in PH. At the same time, I would not hire other members if there are currently a lot of students. Given the above change, I would wait to see which student passes the trial period, and then I would open the applications again.


- SH is very boring and I felt that when I did my shift there. Let's think that it's a game, and people don't want to sit around for nothing. I would come up with a suggestion for curators who could communicate further to add cars to the SH parking lot for members (but something off road) so that they can go out on duty in Sandy. When a member wants to leave the SH lobby, maybe another member is on duty through Sandy and can take his place.

It's not the best suggestion, but consider that it's a game and the players want to have activities, and as I said, SH can sometimes be extremely boring, but still someone has to be there.


- I would introduce activities for members who could sell health insurance and pills outside the hospital. We can do many RP situations with helicopters in addition to ambulances. (we can do activities on the beach, through sandy, paleto, etc.)


- I would definitely announce any changes in the EMS staff. As long as I was a member, I didn't like at all that a member appeared in the ems staff today, and in a week he was leaving, and probably he was selected only because he was an old player or a friend. I would announce the changes in the staff and the reason why they were made. Nothing should be hidden from the members.

However, I hope that my application will be taken into account and I don't want to promise that I will do a good job, but at least I promise that I will try.
