Dear friend, basically you were insulting someone in Turkish while you were waiting for event. If rule break is clear I should give your punishment. Sometimes we can't get whole situation if video is shorter than 1 minute. That's why we are asking for longer video but at this situation you were insulting someone in Turkish it is so obvious. According to GR 3.1 your punishment can be mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days. Have a nice day!
