I have been an active player on the project since December 2022. Over time, I noticed that my personal computer's performance was deteriorating, prompting me to transition to using my aunt's laptop for a better gaming experience. This change allowed me to continue enjoying the game without disruptions due to technical limitations.
In the pursuit of this uninterrupted gaming experience, I utilized three different locations: my home, my aunt's place, and during a trip to the Croatia. The variety in my gaming locations was unintendedly creating a dynamic IP address situation, which might have triggered a security protocol or appeared suspicious.
On a separate occasion, I carried the laptop to a friend's house to participate in a Grand RP session. This could have further contributed to the unusual activity on my account. Upon realizing the potential confusion these actions might have caused, I decided to explain the situation to Mujo Simba in the hope of clarifying any misunderstandings.
Unfortunately, my appeal to Mujo Simba was met with a rejection, accompanied by an accusation of lying. This was deeply disheartening as my intention was solely to provide transparency and clear up any potential confusion. The outcome of a permanent ban, instead of the initially anticipated 60-day ban, has left me frustrated and concerned about the fairness of the decision-making process.
I kindly request a thorough review of my case. I am more than willing to provide any necessary evidence, such as timestamps of my gameplay from different locations, in-game chat logs, and any other relevant information that could shed light on my situation. My primary goal is to establish the fact that my actions were not malicious but rather a result of genuine circumstances.
