I have experienced in legal organizations and I am EMS when I saw that they need an new EMS leader I thinked to try my chance to become Leader .

After I exited the Marabunta I was bored of illegal activity I joined the EMS and to continue my journey as EMS leader .

Because I was ex-FIB hc , ex-LSPD hc and ex-EMS hc i know all the legal rules and EMS rules and I think I can handel the EMS leader .

I started playing in 2020 in EN 1 and I am still playing .

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I will be sure that every EMS is active on duty .

There is not going to be problem like the PH or SH being emty .

There are going to be FTOs that are going to train new people every day every time .

And HRs also to take interview of anyone new any time .
