1. Leader of… Ballas Gang
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
~I have spent last two and a half years playing on RS server, i was 3 times leader of a gang and have a lot experience.Since i started playing on EN3 i realised both players and admins are much better here, and now i am constatly playing here. I want to be leader of a gang and bring my crew that will be best at all events including turfing.
I already have people that will be my high-command, who will lead beside me and make sure that every player knows every rule and follows them. If i get a gang i will show to all what is it like to hold a serious gang, where everyone is organised and working together. I was already co-leader and turf leader on EN3 so i know how this server functions.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1.If a person wants to join Ballas, they need to know all the rules with given examples for those rules, they would also need at least 10 years in city so they know how this city is functioning.
2. I will bring completely new level of role playing, including something new everytime, so the members of my gang are glad that they are part of this, and that they are looking forward to gang actions that would be daily.
3. No player with get rank undeserved, every player needs to attend events, when me or my high-command notice that somebody is really trying for gang, they will be awarded.Every mistake or brake of rules will be sincerely punished as I dont tolerate not-behaving and joking around when its time to be serious.
4.We will for sure attack turf season, with expectations that we are winning it, i already have full turf roster ready to take over EN3 as soon as I get the gang.
