Rejected Complaint about bad admin work

so... i made a report and it cost me 1 hour to understand how to do things correctly. after i post the report, admin instantly rejected it despite the video-proof is very VERY VERY clear BECAUSE it has no sound.
POV: his headphones are off OR he didnt turn the sound ON.

second complaint:
i got warned for FL and CC, all i did was writing in a chat: "q engraçado", its portuguese and it means: "so funny...." it was a reply on a guy that said: "sell gays", i contacted support to let me know more about it and support told me to waste some of my time and come to the forum and create a thread so someone can tell me what i did wrong, which is SO STUPID to have to come here and write this whole trash. he doesnt want to tell me what CC and FL is and he is very rude.

third complaint:
please do something about indians that dont know english and work on hospital, SAHP, as admins. they have a very very important role in the game and they can't understand english, they only know a few words and it puts me in a situation where i need something but they cant solve the problem for me.
