1. Leader of Emergency Medical Services.

A) I want be leader of EMS, because this is the first org I joined after started playing GrandRP. And this the org I want to lead as leader and improve the RP.
B) As after every time any HC's ask 10-20 in the end they says EMS on TOP , I want to Continue that and also want to make these words true in my term also.
C) And also as we all knows almost or we can say everyone in the server need help of EMS ,so I want to make sure we(EMS) is available all the time , 24X7.
D) I also have a lot experience in EMS as Head of ARO and Deputy Head of Training, and also I have experience of many Legal Orgs such as FIB, LSPD, GOV.
as High Commands , so I can be a good option with a lot of state Orgs Experience and also of EMS.

First as I also have the experience of LEO's orgs so , In Every Hostage Situation EMS will be there to assist the Hostage and after that we will take him to Nearest safest place and run a routine health checkup and if need we will also take him to nearest hospital (PH, SH as per location of situation),
there will be extra bonus for this person who will attend this procedure.
Also I will ask old EMS employees to join EMS back as FTO or senior FTO, so that new comers can get too Explanation or procedure of how to work in EMS effectively.
There will be also HR for Hiring Hard and Good Citizens Who wanna join EMS.
I will also make sure people join not just for Money but also for new RP experience. by doing regular global events with EMS also.
And also i will try to hire and make my HR team Hire player of all Time zone so that we never get less in numbers , and also not let any lobby empty, and also after filling all the lobbies, we have more units for Hostage situations if any occurs and try that also there will be ARO on call.
