2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have been in all orgs Illegal/Legal SAHP is the best organization i have been because of that i want to go to next level and be the leader of SAHP.
2. I -have experiences at Lspd And Ng as HC SAHP also, with my experiences i want to bring back best SAHP days and do the term fun for my officers give them bonuses and do them show activite so we can get fun and do a succesfel term.
3. Previous Terms i saw that there is no or just 1 - 2 person on duty some peoples are coming for insurance but there is no one its bad for the citizen and i will give some bonuses and promotions at night shift.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
We will go to all atms even we think its a trap but first a person need to check the area with an drone or helicopter.
If the persones doesnt know the rules he will be re trained and will take a new interview with OOC questions and Situational questions.
Only Trainees on insurance other units at patrol or events if i see i unit on insurance that not trainee i will strike him unless no trainees on duty.
Exta bonuses and promotions to persons at night shift and will do a team for night shift so we can always be active.
Departments:
Special Weapons And Tactics - SWAT: A team with special tactics and weapons, for example in store robberys go to another place and wait there until negotiation finishes and shoot the suspects from a tactical place.
Undercover Department - UC: takes evidences, help FIB with evidences and go patrol undercover.
Internal Affairs - IA: Fights with corruption dones trunk searches, bodycam checks and work with some cases.
Human Resources And Training - HRT: hires new officers and gives training to trainees and probies.
Public Relations- PR: Pr does some fun events for citiziens with a price.
Highway Patrol - HWP: does some speed traps, highway patrols, fines and tows
Goals For The Organization.
Max numbers at events.
Max activity on patrolling the highways.
Make sure all the officers within the organization is well trained.
