The original report was first rejected, because he hadn't included his microphone in the recording. After then, it took several days for him, when the incident happened on the 21st of August, the forum report was posted on the 25th. One of the forum requirements is that the report must've been posted 48 hours or earlier the incident happens. I am also unsure why his first recording did not include his voice, but included his on the second, if he edited his voice in, then it would also be invalid. I understand that rules were broken, but it is not within 48 hours.
