A: I'm excited about applying for an admin role on the Grand RP server. My aim is to improve player experiences, maintain rule compliance, and cultivate a positive atmosphere. With a focus on player support and team collaboration, I'm eager to contribute to the vibrancy of the Grand RP community.

A: I possess strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with others. I consistently prioritize doing what is right, even if it means personal challenges. Treating everyone with respect is a fundamental approach I take when interacting with people. I actively seek responsibility and am eager to learn, embracing new experiences and using mistakes as opportunities for growth.
Q:What are your greatest weaknesses?
A: At first, I find it hard to adjust to new places, which is something I'm not very good at. But when I start talking to people and making friends, I become friendlier and really enjoy chatting. This is probably because I want to feel less nervous and worried.
