For which organization do you apply as a leader ?

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have gained a lot of experience on Grand and especially in gang life and also through my 1 Month as vice of the first Los Santos Vagos so I was able to gain leadership experience. That's why I know what I need to bring with me and what is expected of me. That's why I'm convinced to bring the Ballas back to their old strength and to lead them successfully.
- One of the most important things in a gang is activity, my goal is to build an active gang and to keep this activity, not only a hype phase is necessary, like with many other gangs, but the gang must be stable without many changes after construction.
-Why I personally want to become a leader of this organization. Personally, I really enjoy gang RP (especially between cops and gangs) and I enjoy managing events. I'll have fun running the gang.

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-Other features than just the color of a gang, this does not mean the clothes, but features, e.g. that you can tell by the appearance of the gang that it must be Ballas. These features can look different and need to be tested first to see if that's feasible because a few ideas are related to the vehicles.
- The RP is one of the most important points for a gang on an RP server. My suggestions to improve the RP are more
IC events, although I've already thought about a few things. Utilize current opportunities for RP, such as ammo robs and other opportunities.
-Also use the events that are currently not being done by any gang, such as the money transporter raid, or the weapon convoy raid, which is also very rarely raided.
-We also try to keep good connections to other organizations and not annoy them, for our own fun
E.g. camping in front of the SG in the parking lot, or standing in front of HQs of other gangs and shooting them down at the first opportunity. We want to keep in touch with other organizers through the gang, even if there are disputes. Do only the suffering of others that you can handle yourself. According to the principle: "Whoever can dish out must also be able to take it in."
- IC events that promote RP that I've considered to imrpove the Roleplay:
- Internal Street Races where any member of Ballas can participate. If you win, you get ammunition, weapons or money as a reward.
Admit: I intend to do these events apart from warning events or admin organized events.
- Paintball Tournaments A tournament open to everyone. In the tournament, 5 people from Ballas could compete against 5
other people compete and if the 5 people win against Ballas' 5 people, they are rewarded.
-General paintball tournaments to motivate members to get better.
-My general goal is that the IC events are not only there to remove warnings, but also without warnings these events can be done to have fun.
-Of course, gangs are sometimes known for breaking the rules. In contrast to a state faction, there are now significantly more people in the admin jail of gangs than of state factions. Since breaking the rules damages the RP, this is also punished internally more severely, if a rule breaking is repeated over and over again by a member, then this person is out of the gang.
Example: A person commits Combatlog just before an arrest, then the first time the person is suspended, the second time the person is then kicked out of the organization. (In addition to the administrative consequences)
-In order to generally prevent breaking the rules, a check is carried out before the members are admitted to the gang to ensure that they are familiar with the rules.
-Also, people who have been kicked out of the organization by Warn are not necessarily reinstated. (depends on the violation)
