After i Helped his Friend, he followed me as you can see in the Provided POV, First i thought that he was going on his way, but as soon as i got off my EMS Vehicle to Repair it, suddenly he started Harassing me by Ramming (VDM) his Vehicle on my EMS Vehicle, also he tried to ram me while i was out of the Vehicle, i asked him Politely to stop Ramming and Harassing me, he didn't listen and keep doing it until my vehicle is almost broke.
