Life Story:
Max Armani came up in Brooklyn, New York. At a very young age of 13 years old Max , and his brother Finn Armani started slinging drugs on the streets of Bed Stuy Brooklyn. Having multiple run ins with the law things got out of hand , and eventually Max was kicked out of his home along with his brother. Shortly they both joined notorious gangs, and you can say everything went downhill from there. Max's brother Finn died at the age of 18, and Max was arrested for drug/gun posession. Max was sentance to a 8 year sentance in Rikers Island Prison. When Max was in jail all he told himself was he would change for the better. His mind was set once he was out of prison he would move to a new enviroment, and start his life all over trying to do the right things.
Career Story:
Max moved to Grand City after his prison sentance, and one day met Steven Ward at the auto salon. Steven was telling Max how he wanted to stop crime in Grand City, and that he wanted to become SAHP. From there on they went together to applied, and got accepted by HC Richard Hollow. Although Max tried to change for the better, certain high command gave Max a very hard time as a trainee, if it wasn't for Richard Hollow Max wouldnt have pulled through. On top of that gangs/criminals would always rob Max on patrol and shame him for being weakminded joining the PD force. One day after Max got kidnapped he had a total breakdown, and decided he wanted to fight crime but in his own way. In Max's own mind as long as crime is stopped no matter in which way or force things will be better. He has motivation, and ambition to climb up to high ranks, and wants to change the whole infrastructure of SAHP.
Outcomes:
1. Max can infrom family/gangs , and also recieve information.
2. Max can break the city speeding limit , as well highway speeding limit off duty.
3. Max can go undercover , and part take in criminal activity on/off duty.
4. Max can take briberys of up to 100k on arrests, or information.
5. Max can buy/sell illegal weapons and items in Blackmarket
6. Max can help friends/family on duty/off duty
7. Max can hide his identity with a mask on duty , and deny id request only shows passport.
8. Max can use the truth serum (IN RP LIMITS)
9. Max can search and destroy the bodycam (2 try per situation)
10. Max can refuse to give a 10-15 a lawyer/ lie about asking for one
