We were doing ammo and as you see it's at a late and dangerous time at night. all of a sudden that green car started following and getting in the convoy, we gave him demands many times but he didnt listen, even when we parked at the gas station to refuel we told him to stay away of the convoy and he replied "Reason?"
we continued the ammo run and we gave him many demands but he just kept interupting.
when we reached LSPD we were surprised that he still followed us and still refused to identify himself and replied with such disrepesct to my officers as if he saying how come you ask me for my passport?.
How come NG leader acts irresponsibly like that & mocks other leos like this? he knows very well that any stranger car entering the convoy is considered a threat but he neglected that and acted unprofessionally and also with toxicity when we asked him for a passport.
He totally refused to identify himself and challenged the law.

Upon Reviewing the Evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.
(Since, i didn't found and toxicity and leader doesn't show his Passport to keep his info classified also will talk to leader to act more properly/be more professional towards these kind of situation and for the convoy that you mentioned he was just driving like a normal citizen he never stopped you guys from doing anything + if he asked the reason to stay away from the trucks you should have told him since you don't know him at that moment at last if you think he challenged the law then you must have solved it ICLY and he was protecting his rights as one he can do as lawful. )​
