I got banned because my friend was having a problem with his account and we didn't know what was wrong with it. I went on his account to see if the account was banned or his computer was having issues. I was trying to help him solve the issue for him so we can play with him. I didnt know this was against the rules and If i knew i couldnt do that i wouldnt. I am so sorry for this issue and it will never happen again
