hello, i got ban 30 days for not providing pov in event. can we pls solve this with a money wipe or something? and skip the 30 days.

im always saving pov after every event, but this time someone was knocking on my door, and that made me forget to press the Save POV button after the race was done. i know its my own fault but please give me one chance and help me solve this
