In the discord of Grand RP, I am able to see the rule that (1.7 All gang members must wear top and pants of their gang`s color | Demorgan 180 min) and the decision which is taken by Ivy Pluxury is that (They can drive gang cars and shoot without gang clothes) It's totally wrong Decision. Please take action on this.

These guys was not wearing gang cloths while drive gang car and both of them was involved in RP situation. All in POV
