Life Story: Leo was born in Los Santos in south Los Santos The area was famous for gangs and murders Leo was scared for his life and one day there was a knock on the door and Leo's mother answered and turns out the guy that knocked on the door was a gangster and he killed leos mother after his mother death Leo was depressed for 10 years and one day he decided to leave the arena that he used to live in and he now lives in a apartment near the federal investigation bureau and he is happy with his new life
Career Story: Leo joined LSPD after a year and a half of studying law enforcement and he succeeded as a cadet and made his way to assistant chief of police
Then he joined FIB after LSPD disbanded and got the rank of head of department Spec ops he stayed there for 2 weeks he was happy but he was been bullied a lot he kept fighting and he had enough so he left and stayed jobless for a month and he joined NG to help his friend Marco morozov and to improve NG as well he was given the rank of LT. General

and they rebuilt NG from the start from the ranking system to recruiting and it was pretty peaceful and calm until now everything seems good
life had been a journey filled with highs and lows, but he emerged stronger and wiser for all that he had experienced. He knew that he still had much to learn and much to give, and he looked forward to the adventures that lay ahead.
