ID-45216 mercy killed ID-45919 and didn't follow the RP rules while 2 guns were pointed at him and combat logged to avoid the situation.

ID 45216 will receive a punishment for FearRP, Mercy Killing, And combat logging
ID 45216 was seen breaking FearRP as he pulled a gun with 3 people with guns to his head, shot the guy next to him to avoid RP, and then combat logged at the end.
