- Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I would like to apply as leader of the Marabunta Grande 13 to take the building of the gang in my own hands and to experience how it grows and to find my own way how to lead an organization successfully. I have already gained experience in leadership and this time I want to take the future of the organization into my own hands, build up my own family and bring it back to former standards, as they still existed at Logan_Vella. It is worth it to me to invest my time and stress to bring the Grove to the top.

- I place a lot of importance on having a very good grasp of the rulebook when recruiting. I think it's important to recruit mature people who are event friendly, as well as fun to RP with and enforce.
- I think events are very important because it helps the gang and gives the players a change of pace. Events relieve boredom and create fresh air and action for the gang members.
- I would like to add a minimum visa level of 5 to give the RP in the gang a higher standard. I have already gained a lot of experience in recruiting people and would take this very seriously, as I put a lot of emphasis on having good and ambitious people in the gang.
- Misconduct, disloyalty or disrespect will be severely sanctioned. Punishments can range from fines to a blood-out. I don't want to tolerate that in my gang.
- From experience, I think it's good to organize smaller events within the gang or to plan a bigger event with other gangs, like boxing matches, car races or betting. I have already organized a paintball tournament. I would also introduce a personalized Blood-In and Blood-Out to bring fun and RP closer to the members.

I am convinced that by leading this gang, I can get the gang back on track and prevent organizational warnings through competent and proper work by the leadership, which will also avoid mistakes. With the support of an older Grove leader, who was able to keep the gang for a very long time and I also learned a lot from him and his predecessor, I am convinced that with the help of Recker Burberry and Bobby Jinx, the gang can be rebuilt, however many changes, as already mentioned at the beginning, are made.
