Life story
Bilal was born but his dad died 1 year before he was born and his mother died when he was born so he never got to know them. So he was in a Orphean for18 years. When he turned 18 he got a job at a pizza place and he got money to buy a small apartment. and 1 day he was coming from work and he got robbed but managed to pin the criminal down and called the cops and when the cops came they told him i could be a good cop 1 day and so he started working hard and when he turned 21 he joined LSPD and stooped many criminals and became a hero for people and after that he took interview for fib and became a fib agent and helped save many lives.

Bilal started his career as a pizza driver for some time he moved to LSPD LSPD he worked hard and became and high rank officer (Head of Swat) and he worked his way up into fib fib he started as elite agent III and worked his way in then ranking system and became (HOD of DEA and HOD of UC) and after some time he moved to NG and got lt general then he moved back to fib and got ( HOD OF CID) Then he moved back to NG and got Major general and then moved to SAHP and got COS and working his way to Undersheriff
