In the provided pov, I can see 2 Ballas cars. One is a Jugular and the other is Viper. Lexo, the slight pink-purple ish car that you can see here, is also a gang car. This car is exclusive to gangs who win the respective week's "Vehicle Theft" event. As Ballas have been winning it consecutively for 2 terms, you might have not seen it in any other gangs.
Basically, you get the car in your gang's colour for an entire week if you win the event. And it considers as a gang vehicle. If that was your concern. Happy to help anytime.

There are 100s of car with almost same color, now as you said, then its ballas car but still i would leave it to the curators to decide
