Hello,
I was banned due to this report: Approved - POV REQUEST | Twisted Family
I want to say I understand the iteration being bought forward for the ban, however I did supply POV (shown in evidence).
The reason for the ban was because I did not have the POV of the 2 seconds beforehand.
To explain the scenario, I was just driving and tabbed out to which when I tabbed back in I realised I was inside of a 1v1 sphere. I had no intention of entering to when as soon as I realised I started my POV and won POV (POV of this already provided). My POV shows the entirety of the turf when I realised what had occurred.
I understand the reasoning for the ban, however given the situation it is clear I am willing to provide all POV's, just the reporting party was reporting me for entering with a car to which even seen in his POV it is shown it was an accident as I was driving at like 2kmh because as I said I was tabbed out. My POV was provided and in his POV can see the situation occur. I am willing to take the rulebreak of 1.17 but don't believe the rulebreak of 1.7 is completely just as my POV was provided to the extent of me knowing I was in a zone which shows me playing the entire event from my beginning to the end of the event.
Even in the reason of the punishment, it says start of entering the event which would not show me going in on accident with the car. When I admit going in accidentally with a car.
I literally have POV of killing him and playing the event, as shown above. Too providing this in the report
The outcome of this had 0 effect on the turf, in fact put me in a worse position as I wasn't even aware where I was.
