Look im boring of this things i am a police i need to make sure peoples are safety this woman shot him what u want me to do u want me the say stop, bro u joking with me i can shoot who hold a gun on his hand i can shoot who makes open carrying in de servers 6.15 rules is same but police are dont say stop in de servers if some police see they shoot at the moment dont go say stop,im really tired of this thing my friend get murder because of he speeding and officer kill him and got nothing really u guys made me mad

The player shooting is an FIB agent arresting. You pull out a gun on him.
He does not need more RP to shoot you. What do you expect?

6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN

somebody holding a gun does not give you the right to just kill them without doing any roleplay, you could also have used your Taser instead of a gun. i did also put in the thread that if you supplied your POV showing that you had already had an RP with this player and they ran away then i would remove it.

Also regarding the thread you linked, jonny states that the player pulled out a gun on the FIB, that person had a gun in there hand when you showed up, so they were not pointing it/shooting. so you still need to RP, you could have nicely asked them to put the weapon away aswell.

as police officer u have already full right to shot him as u where already involved in RP and no need to do anything else...
