1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have always wanted to be leader of SAHP, SAHP was one of the first ever organisations I joined, and through out my career I grew onto SAHP, it has always been one of my preferred orgs to go to, especially with a good leader, I think with me as a leader I can contribute well to SAHP And make it as fun as possible to ensure it’s the way it use to be when I was in SAHP.
My plans of leadership:
1: I plan to ensure that at all times there’s someone selling insurance at the HQ to ensure the citizens of San Andreas have insurance and license plates on there vehicles as I believe it’s one of the crucial jobs of the San Andreas Highway Patrol.
2: I also plan to have maximum activity within SAHP and ensure that there’s always either people patrolling and or selling insurances/license plates or attending globals/events, and make sure that we have minimum people sleeping, as the attendance is crucial.
3: I plan on having all departments managed by qualified people to ensure that they are doing the job in the department to there best of their ability, and ensuring that all weekly tasks are completed, and therefore ensuring activity within departments, I also plan on giving good bonuses to the employees of the departments and to employees of SAHP in general for attendance.
3. How do you plan on improving the RP?
1: I plan on improving the RP by ensuring that All officers are using the correct RP commands. (for example /me /try /do) as I believe that the RP commands are crucial for RP as it brings more “realism” to what you do.
2: I also plan on furthermore ensuring that there are no rule breaks strictly from SAHP and ensure that if an officer breaks a rule, that they can get punished for it as it can bring the org a punishment.
3: I also plan on having maximum activity to ensure that SAHP is going great, and ensure that every member has something to do as I can tell, it is at times a big issue in SAHP, i think they should have Daily patrols around San Andreas and Los Santos.
