FailRP: FIB Agent processed the 10-15 without any RP and without searching or confiscating any items. They also stated they are Corrupt which in their mind they think that grants them the ability to do whatever they want. That is not RP.

GR6.2: The 10-15 they processed CLed when I wanted to Search them (they did have a Virus Stick on them as later confirmed and confiscated by the FIB Director)
GR6.2: The FIB Agent CLed when I ordered them to show me the Evidence of the Detention and Arrest of the 10-15 which I am permitted to do under Rule of State 2.5 as a Lawyer. They also returned to the City at the FIB HQ instead of the DOC.

Note: ID 103820 received a Block for GR3.2 while the FIB Director was dealing with the situation and suspended them pending my investigation but that does not mean they should avoid punishment for other Rulebreaks.

Evidence of a GR6.4 Rulebreak is incomplete due to the Combat Log and cannot be obtained from the FIB Agent since they cannot be in city for a few days and thus is not reported here.
