Rejected 278332 | Release from demorgan

Earlier I sent a complaint about the player 278332 and he got punished for it. I want to retract my complaint about him as we have made friends and I dont want him to have to suffer in demorgan any longer. He apologised and I accepted this. I would appreciate if you could please release him from demorgan as I believe that he no longer deserves this punishment.
