as video shows, I was driving on my job heading to drop off load, my engine was remotely shut off, without rp or commands nor was police lights issued as he hit me from the front, then he started proper RP after he shut me down. rule 6.24 It is forbidden to rob/kidnap people who working on starting jobs such as busmen/taxi drivers/electricians, etc.

it is a starters Job vechicle not going to argue this i will wait for admin to approve or reject not you and the whole point is he shut me down heading towards me wo demands of pulling over wo having his lights on just flat out shut down that is FAIL RP there alone as it shows he shut me down THEN turned around and blocked me OBVIOUSLY a typical move of a corrupt officer attempting to rob or extort and he has a curropt officer bio on file as well as admin will see when they run his ID number
