Backstory:
Black Panthers was founded by Bames Jond, Cash Gomora and Burki Karpe in the late 2020s in Los Santos. Bames was a close associate of the Political Head of LS
and received permission from them to start an organization to get the grip of the construction sites in LS.
The group grew in size quickly due to infiltration by a man named Burki Karpe, who had joined to secure protection for himself. He recruited anybody who wanted to join in every location. Karpe sought numbers as opposed to quality as he felt secure with numbers and thought numbers brought strength.
The gang hierarchy is divided into many sections, with the TOP Dog (TD) at the very top, Bames Jond, and his co founders Right Hand Cash Gomora and Left Hand Burki Karpe. Black Panthers members in each facility are collectively called a "unit". Each unit is led by a soldier, followed by team leader, recruiter, trainee, and newbie. Around 2022, a new position known as the "manager" has been established between the Top Dog and the units, in order to help direct orders down the hierarchy.
Bames Jond As a boy, committed petty theft, he robbed a grocery store, and was caught and jailed. He escaped, and he and his friend Cash Gomora headed to Los Santos, to put together one of the most organized family groups in the country. His Business is progressing towards, as he is the owner of juice shop in LS and has a good income to provide the best care for his Fam members.
Cash Gomora built a criminal empire through bootlegging, gambling and ruthless assassinations before setting up Oil Well businesses in Los Santos. Most of his operations were made in dark without notice of FIB or LSPD.
Burki Karpe was born in 1984 in Balkan, immigrating to Los Santos as a child. Growing up on tough streets, he eventually became an organized crime figure instrumental in the development of a national crime syndicate in LS. For decades he was considered one of the most powerful men in the country and also ran gambling operations both domestically and abroad.
Unique in today's Mafia, the family has benefited greatly from members following "Omerta ," a code of conduct emphasizing secrecy and non-cooperation with law enforcement and the justice system. While many mobsters from across the country have testified against their crime families since the 1980s, the Black Panthers family has had only 1 members turn state's evidence in its history. Today it is planing it's uprise on streets of Los Santos as one of the most powerful Balkan gangs.

Goals:
Our first goal is to get unofficial organization right now. This would help us greatly because we would then be able to do our family business like buying and reselling weapons, ammo and other black market items on the black market, also robbing people, doing events and with that we will gain some extra cash so that our family can grow larger and larger.
Family Rules:
1. Treat all family members with respect
2. Ranks will be given only to people who work hard for family.
3. We do not tolerate racist behaivor in any circumstances.
4. Never oversee superiors demands.
5. Always follow server rules.
6. Dont take from warehouse for non-family purposes.
7. Every member of family must be on family discord which will be provided to them when they join the family.
