I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the status of the punishment removal process for my account on the previous forum , which I was informed would be addressed approximately two weeks ago.
On 21Aug 2023 I was informed by a member of your team on the forum that punishment will be removed and also pass me on the PC check process. However, it has been approximately two weeks since that communication, and I have not received any updates or resolution regarding this matter.
I kindly request an update on the status of my account and the progress of the punishment removal process. If there are any specific actions required on my part or additional information needed to expedite this process, please do not hesitate to inform me, and I will promptly comply.
I appreciate your time and attention to this matter. Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly valued
