I don't know why it says my killer is 151971 because the guy who I thought killed me says ID 271664 so that's up to administration to decide, 271664 can be seen looting my weapon and ammo during a bank robbery gun fight. I closely inspected my body cam and could not see ID 151971 anywhere throughout the whole bank robbery so I don't know where he came from but there where no LEOs near me when I was shot just the ID 271664. maybe a POV request is required...
