I was arresting him for Attemped murder of LEO , did normal procedures and then he asked to remove the watch i went along with RP and he popped his head
also in the middle of the vid there is game out of focus because i Alt Tabbed to look for correct Penal code , i dont know if that's a problem but we can clearly hear him and then see him popping his head
