Leader of FEDERAL INVESTIGATION BUREAU.
Why do I want to be the leader of this specific organization?
I want to be leader of FIB because I was in FIB for like more then 5 month and also have a great time in FIB
so i just want to be leader of FIB to make good RP for me and for all my fellow citizens of EN3 who are in city for RP
I have seen Director working so good in case of RP and also the agent , So I just wanna let that thing continue,
I will give my best in case of Being on TOP
My experience in FIB is the most in my RP life , i joined as a suspended, then after completing my phase 1 training I became Junior agent 1 , still I remember the day I joined, then I slowly got my promotions every week as per my gain in knowledge and experience in FIB.
Then I end up with the HOD of CID in the leadership before the last leader, I collect and review a lot of evidence as it's my job, and make 30 raids and 25 raids in term 1 and 2 respectively. With the support of my DHODs and my Lovely CID agents , I just wanna be the person who can help everyone.
And in 1st term I was COS of Spec Ops of the last leader and had so much fun working with them to do good RP, I also made some tutorials kind of videos for like how to negotiate and also special training for being in convey how to behave on GP’s strategy for Store robberies etc.
And in 2 term
I was on a LOA for like 15-20 days because of my exams but in the next 2 days I will be back in the city for fun.
I have also tried other Leo's orgs but still FIB hits different to me❤
My advice for improving the Role-play level in the organization.
Well if I will be the Leader I mark some rules which will be told daily so the players didn't get any punishment, I will also try to as more active peoples as i can,
I will dedicate a team of training whose most priority will be to train all newcomers.
I will also make new secret missions with other state orgs, to enhance RP.
also some new Undercover missions except then Normal evidence collecting for the Criminal Investigation Department.
Also 00 agents will be provided with extra job which will increase there work and make there RP too good,
For High commands there will be Weekly tasks so that the FIB works properly,
Additional Bonuses for Good work
also try to make Citizens trust FIB and Gangster have Fear of FIB.
Regular Operations for Special Operation Team (Black ops and 00 Agents)
RP in a court case with the District Attorney.
I will end my term with Most Gang Raids ever.
And I have a lot of things in mind but before I wanna confirm that with the curator because I am not sure that can even happen or not.
Also I will be trying to get proper real life scenarios in FIB. I have seen many movies which I cannot do in real life but I think I can do in RP.
And also house raids by getting evidence on crime families
From last 4-5 terms i have never seen any raid so i want to experience at least 5 to 10
In my terms if will be the leader and also i want that there should and will be limited HC slots so FIB works properly and in every week there will be promotion and demotion as per respected person’s work for FIB.
Also there will be realistic punishments for any kind of crime by the employee’s like case on them and all.
And for strikes for any kind of mistake.
And also i will try to give some global events for all in city as well as orgs
Like the bomb blast one. And try to get at least one event in a week.
