+ dude th it's an rp situation and that guy was robbing the car ik that fireing in city is illegal but that's a rp situation if this guy(viswaa) goes to situation and tells that it's my farm car the robbing guy would had called a backup and killed viswa try to understand situation first.

You should make report that somebody stealing your car from GZ.
It is a place where all criminal activities are forbidden.

So administrator made right decision
