Hello,

Today, I received a ban for violating general rule 6.3, specifically for stealing from the organization. I want to clarify the circumstances surrounding this situation. As the deputy of the organization, I had a role in managing its resources.

What happened was that Ace Galante and Fstoq mentioned that Shabah could grant permission for taking items or that he should personally give the permission, after which we could store the items in our trunks. Prior to this, Shabah had informed everyone that items taken from the warehouse should be kept for personal use without license plates. I had obtained permission from Shabah, the organization's leader.

However, during a curator meeting, Ace suggested that we could take items if Shabah verbally granted permission, and Rohan disagreed, stating that we couldn't take items this way. In a curator voice chat later on, Ace insisted that Rohan was mistaken.

After some time, approximately a day later, I noticed Rohan spamming the non-roleplay chat, declaring that no one was allowed to take anything from the warehouse, even if Shabah had granted permission or personally handed over items. Subsequently, Ace Galante assumed leadership and conveyed that no one could take anything from the warehouse unless Shabah explicitly permitted it.

I ceased taking items from that point onwards, but today, I received a ban for violating general rule 6.3. I would like to emphasize that I did not knowingly engage in any wrongdoing; I was attempting to navigate a situation where conflicting opinions were present.

I kindly request that you reconsider this ban, especially in light of the prior events and the ongoing discussions within the organization. Additionally, I encourage you to review the logs, which will confirm the accuracy of my account of events.

(I always follow the rules. You can check my punishment history)

Thank you for your understanding, and I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

Sincerely,
Husuu Boss.

Hello,

I am Shabah Verlice, the leader of Vagos, and I would like to address the recent ban imposed on Husu, my deputy. I granted Husu permission to take items from Kamacho trunks or any vehicle he deemed necessary. It is inconceivable that he would steal from our organization.

Furthermore, Ace and Fstoq informed me that I had the authority to distribute items to individuals personally. Prior to receiving this information, I had already informed our members that anything obtained from FZ or BS could be kept for personal use. However, it appears that Rohan disagreed with this approach and engaged in a dispute with Ace during a curator meeting. I encourage you to request their points of view to gain a comprehensive understanding of the situation.

Subsequently, Rohan consulted with Darshan Jain, and it appears they reached an agreement that no one should be allowed to take anything. Frankly, this decision does not align with the spirit of our gang. We should be sharing resources among ourselves, as we are a gang built on collective cooperation. If we were a cartel, I would understand the rationale behind only the leader having such privileges, but we are a gang.

This ban on Husu is the result of a misunderstanding and misinformation presented to the leader, which has unfairly implicated my deputy in a stealing allegation.

I kindly request that you reconsider and lift the ban on Husu. He has done nothing wrong and has been caught up in this unfortunate situation due to miscommunication.

Thank you for your understanding and prompt resolution of this matter.

Sincerely,
Shabah Verlice.
