2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I. I've been in FIB across around 7 different terms, holding positions ranging from low ranks to high command, deputy, and even temp leader of FIB. I have the knowledge and the experience to efficiently lead the organization and mitigate the issues the org is facing lately.
II. I have a team of experienced individuals behind my back, people who are known for achieving one of the best if not the best results in the history of en3. I already have my high command roster planned out, including deputies, heads of departments, and chiefs of staff. I will not have trouble getting numbers in my term, and the experienced high command team will help me ensure that the org is running at its maximum capacity 24/7.
III. I want to use the opportunity of being the leader of FIB to create multiple new RP scenarios and make FIB more fun for the people who join the org than ever before. Conducting different special operations all the time, ensuring people are not bored when no events are taking place for LEOs.
IIII. I am friends with a lot of the leaders and want to increase inter-organizational cooperation to allow for more RP between organizations as I don't see a lot of organizations interacting with each other outside of events and I feel like this is something that should be worked on and I feel like I have the experience to make this happen.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I. Ensure that the high command roster has people with the most knowledge and experience, people who can always take the lead in situations, and who can create great RP for other people within FIB.
II. At the end of the day, everyone comes to Grand RP to have fun and relax playing the game and roleplaying. Always keeping it in mind, I will be able to make the org simply fun for others.
III. I will be utilizing everything that FIB has in its emails, in-game HQ, and forums to make it a more immersive experience for everyone seeking LEO and Undercover roleplay.
