Dear Server Team and Mazhor Pluxury,
I am writing to you today to submit an unban request for my Grand account on your server. My account name is Leon Flawless, and I was banned from your server on [02/09/2023 at 19:07]. The reason for my ban was alleged exploitation of a bug, although it was, in fact, a misunderstanding.
I want to emphasize that I had no intention of breaking the server's rules. The misunderstanding occurred when my game unexpectedly crashed, and I did not realize that my character had died. It was only through a later notification from my colleague that I became aware I was in a situation that would normally lead to my character's death. In an attempt to rectify the situation and play under fair conditions, I revived my opponents and their colleagues.
After the situation had calmed between my group and the other group, I intended to resolve everything peacefully to ensure a fair outcome for all. To my surprise, I was banned instead, which was quite alarming as I genuinely intended to make amends and had, in fact, succeeded in doing so.
I understand that rules and guidelines must be upheld on your server to ensure a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for everyone. However, I assure you that my actions were not a deliberate violation but rather the result of a misunderstanding and a technical error.
I sincerely apologize for any discomfort and inconvenience caused by my actions. I love playing on your server, and I would like the opportunity to clarify this misunderstanding and prove that I am a fair and respectful player.
