I already tried to write a unban appeal for 2 times, but I always get the same answer: "cheating is not unbanable". But I DIDNT cheat. I didnt even got Baned for cheats. No check, no proofs. Just a screenshot of a cheat key the admins already knew about. It feels like the german admins are not even care reading my request. So I adress to you. I got wrongly banned for cheating without ever cheating again. Please listen to my story:
My Story:
My first cheating Ban
I was banned for cheating on April 16, 2023 (Daiusch Belser 22998). At that time, I was indeed cheating, and I tested positive during a PC check. This was fair and the right punishment. During the PC check, I showed the admins my active cheat account so that I wouldn't encounter problems later on. I laid my cards on the table and decided to quit cheating for good.
On the same day, I connected to DE04, and after about 1 hour of gameplay, I was banned on DE04 without a PC check (rightly so, as I was actively cheating on DE02 and 4 at that time). A day later, on May 3, 2023, my PC was reset, and I was negatively tested on DE01 by Ralle Saint.
My second cheating Ban
About 3-4 weeks later, I received my second cheating ban (Daiusch Malsomalso 49511). Out of sheer stupidity, I sent a screenshot of my still-existing cheat account (from the first ban) to the Crime Chat as a Turfleader to provoke our opponents a bit. I was banned for cheating because of this screenshot. I swear by all that is holy, I never downloaded the cheat "loader" again.
Again, a day later, on April 17, 2023, I was negatively tested on DE04 by Tjay Tirded and Nate Tired. Shortly after that, I created a third account on DE02, Jano Jeromino 53770. I played with it occasionally, but it was banned for Multi Cheating on June 15, 2023, like the other two accounts. After that, I spent my time as a Turfleader on 3 and occasionally turfed on Server 4.
On June 13, 2023, I had another PC check on DE04 with Tjay Tired and Tom Sommer, which was also negative. Additionally, on August 31, 2023, I had a PC check on Cursed Project, which included Prozess Hacker, private tools, usbderive, and a few things I didn't understand. A day later, I had another PC check on Cursed Project. Both of these checks were negative. On the same day as the second PC check, I was tested again on DE03 by Joe Savage and Christoph, which was also negative.
Why should you unban me?
I have recognized my misconduct (the screenshot) and have been serving my punishment for 3 months already. The ban on April 16, 2023, was my only genuine cheating ban, and since then, I've had 6 negative PC checks. I want to mention that this is not a request for cheating unban but, in my opinion, a wrongful ban, as I was banned twice for the same cheat. The Admins already knew i had a still existing cheat account. There were no proofs that i were cheting or anything close. Multi Cheating implies cheating on multiple accounts, which is not the case for me. I have never cheated again since then and I really want to play with my friends again. I've collected memories on DE02 for almost a year, and I miss that time and just becouse a screenshot i feel like i souldnt be permanently banned. My history shows I never cheated again. After both of my Bans on DE02 I had PC Checks 1 day later. Pls tell me is this really fair? They even notized down that I multiple cheated on DE02, with only 2 cheating Bans. Admins on different Servers telling me in PC Checks I ve cheated multiple times on DE02, but that never were the case. Thanks for using your time
